1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using NoInbox Ads, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
2. Membership
NoInbox Ads offers Free and Upgraded membership. Upgraded access is time-limited according to the purchased plan. Expired Upgraded accounts return to Free status automatically.
3. Advertising
Members are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and destination content of every advertisement they submit. All campaigns may be reviewed, rejected, paused, or removed by the administrator.
4. Prohibited content
Malware, phishing, unlawful offers, deceptive income claims, impersonation, hate content, adult content, illegal products, copyright infringement, and attempts to manipulate platform tracking are prohibited.
5. Credits
Advertising credits are platform units used inside NoInbox Ads. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable unless expressly allowed, and may be removed when obtained through abuse or technical manipulation.
6. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed through Stripe. A purchase is activated after successful payment verification. Refunds are discretionary except where required by law. Refunded memberships may be downgraded and refunded credits may be reversed.
7. Traffic and results
NoInbox Ads provides advertising exposure and tracking. It does not guarantee sales, leads, profits, conversion rates, or business results.
8. Account security
Members must protect their credentials and promptly report unauthorized access. Accounts may be suspended for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or security risks.
9. Availability
The platform may be updated, interrupted, or placed into maintenance. NoInbox Ads is not liable for indirect losses caused by downtime, third-party websites, or advertiser content.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use after a posted revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
