We collect account information, campaign content, credit transactions, membership status, contact messages, login records, ad views, ad clicks, technical identifiers, and payment references needed to operate the platform.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate members, deliver advertising, calculate credits, process memberships, prevent abuse, send service communications, provide statistics, and administer the website.
Transactional messages include registration, password, purchase, campaign, and membership notices. Members may disable promotional broadcasts in Email Preferences. We do not sell member email addresses.
Payments
Stripe processes payment-card data. NoInbox Ads stores order details and payment references but does not store full payment-card numbers.
Cookies and sessions
Session cookies maintain login state and protect account actions. Referral cookies may be used to credit the referring member.
Traffic records
Ad views and clicks may include date, time, member ID, IP address, campaign ID, and external referrer when relevant to the outside rotator.
Retention
Operational records are retained as needed for security, accounting, reporting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Some technical logs are removed by scheduled retention tasks.
Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the platform, when required by law, or to protect users and the service.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, including password hashing, CSRF protection, access controls, HTTPS, and restricted upload handling.
Your choices
Members may update account and email preferences from the member area. Account-related questions may be submitted through the contact page.
